Fire Prevention Week is recognized Oct. 4-11. The District would like to remind you of the importance of family safety and prevention lessons. While we conduct monthly fire drills in our schools to practice fire safety procedures, we understand that most fires don’t happen in school – they happen at home. Therefore, we are sharing a link to videos that offer life-long fire safety lessons entitled “Fire Is Black.” Please consider the age-appropriateness of the videos and watch along with your children, as they contain clear and realistic life-saving techniques.
