1. Click on the big yellow "H" at top right. (that will connect you to highschoolsports.net. our tracking company)

2. Select season (right hand side of page)

3. Select team (left hand side of page - just open this selection)

4. Click CLEAR ALL (bottom of screen)

4. Select Season Drop down arrow for team, level, gender

5. Select View Schedule

For registering to receive team alerts:

1. Click on the big yellow "H" at top right

2. Click on word Registrar - blue word with back background directly under the Montclair HS logo, left hand side.

3. Follow prompts for instant messages concerning your team.

ATHLETIC PHYSICALS FOR NEXT FALL

2013-2014

PHYSICALS WILL BE PERFORMED BY OUR SCHOOL DOCTOR. THEY ARE AVAILABLE ON A LIMITED BASIS FOR STUDENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE A PRIVATE DOCTOR. THIS IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW. WE WILL OFFER PHYSICALS ONE TIME.

ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING A COMPLETED AND SIGNED HEALTH HISTORY QUESTIONNAIRE, NJSIAA STEROID FORM, CODE OF CONDUCT, IMPACT TESTING CONSENT AND SIGNED PARENTAL PERMISSION BELOW FOR THE SCHOOL DOCTOR TO PERFORM THE EXAM OR IT WILL NOT BE DONE!
