Athletic Conditioning Training Camp (A.C.T. Now!)
Dear Families and Caregivers,
My name is Tracey Kelly-Lever, my colleagues and I are thrilled to bring our Athletic Conditioning Training (A.C.T. Now!) Camp to Montclair!! We are three health and exercise science professionals from Hillside and Renaissance Schools who were college athletes and current fitness educators and enthusiasts. We know what it takes to be at the top of your game! Our knowledge of elite athletics, combined with our passion for physical activity & conditioning, will get your child to the top!
We’d like to thank you for choosing athletic excellence for your child’s experience in sports. Our goal is to create a safe learning environment for athletes of all levels to become stronger, faster, and more confident...all while having fun!
For our novice athletes, we will cultivate a positive environment for learning the basics while gaining a love and passion for sports, as well as increasing strength and confidence in their athletic abilities! For our more advanced athletes, we’ll strive to extend their knowledge and physical strength to step up their game!
Our trainers are competent and competitive in a wide range of sports and well-versed in multiple methods of exercise.
We want to provide an atmosphere where your child can have fun and learn the valuable lessons conditioning training can teach them. Additionally, your child will learn about commitment to sports and their TEAM, setting SMART goals, and working hard to achieve them. Through agility, drills, games, and a touch of mindfulness, we will educate your athletes on the philosophy that success comes from individual improvement & effort and that “it’s not just about the score”. We truly believe that any young athlete CAN excel to a higher level of play if they are willing to put in the time and hard work! It’s time to A.C.T. Now!
