Standardized Testing

October 5, 2016

Dear Parents/Guardians and Staff,

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:7C-6.6, school districts must provide parents/guardians with information regarding any State assessment and commercially-developed standardized assessment that will be administered throughout the school year. Both the state and federal government require annual testing for students in grades 3 - 8 for English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics. Additionally, high school students are required to be tested in at least one course for ELA and Math.

Attached you will find a Summary of Standardized Testing for the 2016-2017 school year. Additionally you can view this information on our website at this link. Should you have any questions, please contact your child’s principal.
