We urge you to join us and help us build a safety net here in Montclair. There are two main ways to get involved: on a leadership level or through your child’s school.
Come together with a dedicated and creative group of community leaders, caring parents, staff and students. At our meetings — held five times a year — we plan and report on specific projects that affect our families. You can join an action group that matches your interests and talents. We need volunteer leaders to work in
- Mental health
- Outreach to businesses
Your Child’s School
Become Health and Wellness Liaison. Each school has a committee that, on a grassroots level, looks at the needs of that particular school. The committee is made up of the principal, school nurse, physical education teacher, student assistance counselor and other interested staff. We welcome parent involvement. To learn more, click here.
