Bradford students and staff marked the arrival of spring on Friday, March 28 with all grades participating in the Festival of Colors. The weather was perfect for the outdoor event where participants in all grades threw colors (made from organic dyes and cornstarch) into the air, with the vibrant powder landing on clothing. “Ushering in spring with our kiddos was an absolute blast!” said Principal Frances Aboushi, who was right in the mix with all the students tossing and getting showered in rainbow colors. “A huge thank you to (parent) Tarika Kapur and my amazing parents for volunteering—bravely handing out powdered color, standing on the front lines, and sacrificing their clothing all in the name of joy.”
