On October 31st, the third grade classes at Edgemont Montessori school held their annual Medieval Feast. A long-standing tradition at Edgemont, the day featured Medieval skits, including dragon stories and fairytales (some with a twist), Medieval feasting and dancing. Students sang "Hot Cross Buns," and played recorders while everyone danced around to the hand-clapping tune. This culminating event ended with a knighting ceremony , as principal Cheryl Hopper, dressed as a royal queen, knighted each squire/student.
