Last Thurs., October 10, Montclair High School hosted approximately 100 colleges, universities, trade schools and service academies at its annual College and Career Fair, co-sponsored by MHS Project Graduation and the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence. Students and families also received valuable information from three breakout sessions on financial aid, taking a gap year and attending an HBCU. MHS is proud to continue this tradition of providing an opportunity for students to meet with representatives in person from various institutions from all over the country. MHS Principal Jeffrey Freeman noted the success of the event and the “excitement and great energy in the MHS Main Gym as students met with college representatives and learned specifics about the schools and programs." Many of the college representatives in attendance expressed how much they enjoyed speaking with our students and are looking forward to attending the event again next year!
