Bradford Food Guide

Wellness Wednesdays

Celebrate all of the Health and Wellness efforts at Bradford that keep our students and earth healthy! Walk to School, Healthy Breakfast, Waste Free Lunch Challenge and Healthy Classroom Snacks are the highlights of Wellness Wednesdays.

Walk to School (WTS): Bradford is trying to lead the district with No Cars at Drop-Off on our WTS days. Walk, bike or take the bus to school.

Healthy Breakfast: As part of Bradford School's commitment to healthy eating, we will continue the healthy breakfast tradition. Throughout the year, each grade will take turns enjoying a healthy breakfast that has been lovingly prepared by a Bradford mom. Students look forward to their turn to enjoy a healthy and yummy start to their day.

Healthy Classroom Snack: Parents and caregivers are encouraged to coordinate with your teacher and class parents to provide students with Healthy Snacks on Wellness Wednesday starting on October!

Running Club

Running Club information is sent home to parents via e-mail. With the support of the Bradford PTA the physical education teacher is able to run two sessions each school year. The first running club session takes place in the fall and a second session takes place in the spring. Running Club is made available to 2nd and 3rd graders on a designated day each week and to 4th and 5th graders on a different day of the week. Students must pre-register to participate.
