On Monday, December 16, 2019 the fourth English as a Second Language Parent/Guardian workshop concluded with a ceremony in the library of Charles H. Bullock Elementary School. This ceremony celebrated the accomplishment of the approximately 20 parents and guardians of the Montclair Public Schools who participated in the weekly ESL workshop. Three ESL courses were offered at the beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels. District teachers Alison Campbell, Mariah Jackson, and Janet Villalobos facilitated the classes. Additionally, childcare was provided by Cabral Edley. Through the generous contribution of Toni’s Kitchen, refreshments were also provided on a weekly basis. At the ceremony, Supervisor of World Languages and ESL Frank Sedita commended the workshop participants for their unwavering dedication and achievement. The event was also a celebration of those who made the workshop a success.
