Last month Bradford Elementary School hosted an open house for Montclair State University students who are interested in becoming substitute teachers. Speakers included Bradford principal Frances Aboushi, district Human Resources Director Damen Cooper, and Superintendent Dr. Jonathan Ponds, all of whom spoke about their passion for education and the benefits of gaining substitute teaching experience in the Montclair schools.
