First Bond Referendum Project Begins

A groundbreaking ceremony at Woodman Field marked the beginning of the first construction project in the $188M school bond referendum plan. There are 25 projects in all, with work continuing across the district through 2029. The resurfacing of the turf is scheduled to be completed this summer. 

“We couldn’t be more excited about the improvements in store for our students over the next six years or more grateful to all the Montclair residents who have supported this plan,” said Superintendent Jonathan Ponds.
